E90 timing belt or chain?

Hey, the mileage on my 320d (e90) is 67k , usually timing belts need to be chaged at this sort of mileage if not sooner, but I cant seem to find any reference to this in the onwers manual or service book etc.

I also recall hearing somewhere that beemers tend to favour timing chains.

- So does anyone know for sure if the e90 320d use a timing belt or timing chain??

Also, I also notice this particulary model doesnt have an engine/coolant temp gauge? - which i find a bit strange ... considering you really need to let turbos warm up before you can boot them

Am i not looking in the right place or is there really no temp gauge?

Thanks

Perfect thanks rpg, i thought so, just wanted to make sure. Also, timing chains dont need to be changed at all do they?

... sorry for the seemingly stupid questions but i came from a car without any valves, pistons, belts or chains :D so better to be sure!
