Default Fault code 2772 fuel tank vent valve , where / what is it

I currently have a fault on my car

2772 Tank Vent Valve Output Stage

Anyone know what's the story with it where is it, what's it do ??

It is a valve that allows vapours from the tank to be burnt in the engine. It has an electrical connection and a hose from a carbon cannister. Try following along the fuel pipes from the tank and it should be on that side.

What does that fault code actually indicate ??? Does the vent valve need to be changed ??

The TEV is the Evaporative Purge Valve. This is the valve that controls the fuel vapor recovery systemís venting to the intake manifold. Your fault code could be pointing to the valve itself or to the control of the valve. The valve is located under the forward part of the intake manifold, under the cylinder #1 intake runner.
