Yes - still needs to be programmed. I'm able to do the programming on compatible LCM's.

How can I tell if my car will be compatible as I was thinking
off getting these soon and dont want to have to go over 400.

If you're car is pre Sep 02 it needs a new LCM... you won't get it done for less than €400 I'm afraid
