Wink Best Tripod for a Canon 1000d

Hi,

I'm finally getting round to getting a tripod.

Any recommendations?

I am looking for something decent

I have a manfrotto 190xprob and a manfrotto 322rc2 grip ball head. Solid kit. I like the joystick control of the head.

what do you need the tripod for?

the lens and purpose will dictate the tripod more than the camera....
