Help. Bmw e90 320d

Hello everybody i’m having some difficulties whit my car i have a bmw 320d m47 204d4 i had a big pressure in the cooling system so i go the car to the servis and my mechanic told my that i need to find a new engine so i found another engine and its from 318d m47 e90 but i dont know is it the block the same as the block on the 320d becouse i need the block only the other parts are good
So my trouble is can i put the engine block from 318d e90 m47 on the place on my 320d e90 m47 block ?
