Richie, I see the RSA are doing up a discussion paper on the import of pre used tyres. The quango are going to over regulate that industry as well.

This includes the 6 fee that the council used to charge for processing, so really 104. What was it before hand? 80ish?

it was 87 round here, plus the 6. that is every year from when a van is 1 year old, by the time it is taxed it is now nearly 450.

a car is every 2 years til it is 10 years old and it is only 55.

so if you have a 7 seater landcruiser it is 55 , commercial is 110.

and they cant even properly test brakes in 4wd cars in the nct centre.

they have things well fucked in this country

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, john and his friend sally both spotted a dalmatian inside a truck with sirens, headed to put out a fire. State what the 2x4 is made of.
