Martin - quick question... do you know what sort of gains you can normally achieve on an E46 328ci??

You are talking around +16-17 Bhp, about +13(ft/lb) Torque and about 1.5-2 mpg saving on fuel bills.
Ken have you had the manifold fitted yet?

Haven't had the manifold fitted yet - hopefully next weekend if possible though!
