I'm afraid it's all 1 piece. I replaced my own also due to a worn elbow at the same place you've marked, which leaked under boost. From memory around €150 from a dealer.

ah i know theres a ring holding it in but theres a lip on it aswell so If i just got the top bit surely i should be able to hoseclip it

Hoseclip at that particular bend coupled with engine flex and boost will fail IMO

shur whats in it is basically a pre tensioned hoseclip that you cant loosen to put it in simple terms, anyone have a 320d breaking???
