So people can be as inaccurate as they like once the price is in order?
Compared to a std poverty spec Irish car of the same vintage its well loaded so I'm not sure its a huge exaggeration. I'd be more upset by car ads that abuse descriptions like "immaculate condition", etc.

Apologies to OP for o/t......

Jaysus lads, have ye nothing better to be doing? It's a savage straight car compared to most e39s on the road ATM.
@Davidk, you are right in saying it doesn't have those, but get a life for fuck sake. I will check the car tomorrow inside and out and post any faults.
Any marks on the car can be seen in the photos, (dent under number plate, and small scuff on drivers door.)
I will add pictures of the interior when I get a chance.

I see where BMWs drivers get the terms snobs and dickheads associated with them

Nit picking on anything and everything
Why because someone inaccurately described a car and got called up on it?
''Has every option imaginable''

It's a BMW enthusiast site, People are obviously going to have an opinion about a car that's described as something it isn't!

Change your ad, problem solved. People who say things like fully loaded and top spec piss me off big time. Less than 1% of cars that roll out of the factory are truly fully loaded. They just don't exist in the real world. Much better to say "Very High Spec" and leave it at that.
