We have been restoring a 60's BMW Isetta.

It arrived in pieces with prior accident damage down one side and a fair amount of rust.

The shell was blasted and the damaged panels cut away.

The new floor pan is already in place in these pictures

Originally the side was one pressing but these are no longer available and we had to join together four repair panels to make up the side.

To replace this

A new front wing on the other side, and both inner wheel wells and a few dent repairs saw the metal work complete

And onto filler / Primer

With an epoxy mastic coating on the underside.

And then left to settle a while before paint.

Tremendous work Jon and a slightly different project from all those Porsches
Yeah, those Porsches must get boring and monotonous after a while .
