M43 4 pot head gasket query

Hi all,

I need to replace my E36 316i M43B16 headgasket

It was replaced previously about 10 years ago and the head was skimmed.

Can anyone advise me on what thickness gasket I would require or how I would go about finding out?

Any help would be appreciated.
