Ive used Joe Duffy constantly for my dads cars since 2001, he has the service pack too. Thats purely for convienience though.

When my car needed anything (recalls etc), ive used Murphy And Gunn and Joe Duffy depending on what/when suits me best.

no issues personally with either.

Just I have heard bad reports about Duffy's

You will hear bad comments about them all as most people on the internet only post bad feedback they never bother posting when they have a good experience

Put 3 names in a hat ,frank keanes , m&g and joe duffy and just pick one out

Good experience recently with Murphy & Gunn for a service.Very helpful and a spare car for the day thrown in. Got a nice discount too when driver.net was mentioned
