Evening everyone. I’m looking for a bit of advice for a fault that I can’t clear. BMW 320d 2017. Engine warning light keeps coming on. I’ve read the codes and I’m getting P0101 and P00BC, these are relating to the MAS, originally I found oil in the connector on the MAS, I cleaned it out reset the code and got a few miles done before the check engine light came on.
I then checked the sensor and again more oil in the connector (no idea how it’s getting in there) I cleaned it out and cleaned out a filthy MAP sensor, my MPG has increased massively, thought I’d fixed it. however after my 200mile trip today I started my car again to see the check engine light again. I really don’t think it’s the MAS because I’ve looked at the readings from the ECU and it’s behaving as you’d except. Done anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
