Does the car starts to misbehave when she's wormed up? Any diagnostics done? What about cam shaft sensor did you replace it? That small thing can cause a lot of problem. Before I replaced that sensor, people said that it could be MAF, labda probe, cracked air hose/elbow etc. Plugged in my diagnostics and it showed straight away''cam sensor''. After replacing that sensor even with one bad labda probe my m52 was running very good.

Cam sensor was changed sorry forgot to add. The boys in perfect car had it plugged in but said it wasnt showing faults only misfire in 4,5,6. Engine was bought off sskoda(willswheels) and he said it was running perfect in a car he himself was driving. Manifolds where taken off the engine and engine was sprayed high temp silver so that makes me think now maybe its a vacuum leak on the inlet.

why lads from Perfect car start this conversion and not finish?
if you change all staff than only thing is air leak around intake
