A mate of mine just traded in his E90 05 320D. FSH 90K miles. The car is in lovely condition and he was very particular about keeping it in good nick both under the hood as well as the interior and exterior. The dealer only gave him €8,500 for it. It's just been readvertised for €11,500. Just thought I'd put it out there. It's no harm knowing what the trade buy them for if you are looking for a bargain. See the add here. http://www.carzone.ie/search/BMW/3-Series/320-E90-/201104201050904/advert?channel=CARS

There can be a world of difference in what the dealer asks for it and what he actually sells it for. €11450 is on the expensive side, my cousin sold his 05 320d SE with 75k on the clock last June privately and got €12k for it. I reckon they will sell it with a service, valet and warranty for around €10500 cash.

Sounds normal, its an ES spec which is the base spec, although it has MV3 wheels and leather.

To give an idea, I bought a 2005 320d with complete BMW service history including every singe receipt with leather and MFSW and a few other bits for 10,700 from a dealer in April 2009.
