Defo with Eiretyres, and I assume with Oponeo, they have a list of tyre businesses that will fit them for you - costs vary. In the case of the local guy I use he will take delivery from them and let me know when they've arrived. That's more convenient than having to hang around home waiting for delivery.
www.tyreleader.ie is another one. www.camskill.co.uk used to be competitive when sterling was cheaper but their delivery to Ireland is something like £19 which makes them less competitive these days compared to the likes of Tyreleader and Oponeo.
Regarding getting them fitted, you will need to ask local tyre fitters but generally with run flats they charge between €10 to €15 a corner. Forget about asking the tyre centre chains like Fastfit, Advanced Pitstop, etc as they won't fit tyres you don't buy from them.
