Dutch site - babelfish says:
The well-known tuner Hartge has succeeded it: V10 the driving force behind M5 and M6 in 3-serie spooned up. Of course they could not resist modifying the existing engine, with more pk's as a consequence. Instead of the standard 507 pk, which provides V10 in factory cars of BMW, the V10 from the Hartge H50, v10 has now 550 horsepower. The maximum cross-belt torgue amounts to 520 Nm. The speed-limiting device has gone in the dustbin, as a result of which these 3-serie has a top speed off 320 km/u. The rear axle has been considerably reinforced to get all strength on the road, and the car has an adjustable suspension. Also for this creation a special exhaust system has been developed that produces an impressive sound . Customers must fill in on the order form, however, just as or they want round or oval exhaust pipes. Hartge can provide the car in two-tone colours and if wanted a rear wing. On the cap and the they baffles the badly needed airintakes have been placed. H50, v10 stands on 20 inch wheels. In the interieur the speed indicator is which can maximum 330 km/u indicate the top attraction. Moreover carbon fibre priorities, with leather and carbon fibre have been installed on the steering wheel and shifter, which has been wrapped in in leather and has been carried out with a light. Provisionally Hartge show only still the sedanversie of new 3-serie as H50, v10.

OMG ! Run RS4 run. In a saloon to boot, not sure about the two-tone paint job and big flary arches would look good.

yeah but to be fair to the RS4 this isnt a bmw rival its a aftermarket tuner, Im sure there are some mental RS4 or even just A4's by Audi tuners out there. Also that is a photo chop not a real pic! Class looking motor none the less, the Hartge one is amazing although that got spanked around a track by a couple of e36 evos!

Its a photoshop alright - but the source looks fairly reliable, and I reckon its safe to say Hartge are planning this model. All black and without the bonnet vents would do me fine!!

In all fairness to the RS4, if you put a turbo onto anything it'll go good ! Wonder what the V10 would be like with a few bar boost ?
