sorry not sure but assume you want to fit leather seats from an E60 in an E39 , i dont personally know if they will fit but are you doing it for the look or the comfort of the seat , because without a doubt the leather seats in an E39 are far more comfortable that the ones in an E60 , i owned an e39 and have driven many E60's and my own car has the same seats as an E60 in it and they are not as comfortable as the seats in an E39
