Just changed the oil and filter on my 2005 e90 and oil is seeping slowly out of the top of the plastic cap when I start the engine. There seems to be an indent in the centre and the oil seems to be coming from there.

This shows as if there is a small hole in the top of the oil filter housing.

The indent/hole can clearly be seen here:
I double the hole is supposed to be there, but then why is there an indent?
I've changed the oil numerous times before and this has never happened. Afraid to drive the car now because I don't want to end up with no oil!
Any suggestions?
